Milk is as essential as food and water, some find it good and some not. Kids often find difficult to drink it and in some exceptions adults too. Milk has advantages and as well as disadvantages. Now-a-days, cows are injected with antibiotics and viruses so that cows can give a larger amount of milk. So, the milk which we get in earlier times was rich in nutrients, but now we only get processed milk.
