PALEO– This diet is getting more common these days. Paleo means to go back to the food habits of our ancestors. That is to eat proteins instead of carbs. Any glucose that isn’t used as the energy remains as fat. But, while in taking proteins it converts all excess fat to glucose and which results in ultimate fat loss.
WHAT TYPE OF FOOD IS ALLOWED IN PALEO?
Fruits are warmly welcomed in this diet. Having fruits for one meal of a day can help in reducing body fats. Avoid mangoes, bananas.melons are likely preferable.
Vegetables are anti-oxidants. Select a wide range of vegetables from the organic section. Green veggies could work more efficiently.
Nuts are good protein givers.Almonds; seeds can also be taken as Paleo snack.
FAT FULL FOOD:
You are likely supposed to have fat, full food.
Have beef, chicken, fish, lambs, turkey and ducks are good fat givers.
Eggs can be primary food all time because of the omega 3 protein in it. It has a good ability of providing protein as well as reducing weight at the same time.
