It was a myth that kids need milk to be healthy, but it is true they need it. Milk contains so many proteins and nutrients that are essential for kid’s growth.

Now-a-days, cows are injected with antibiotics and viruses so that cows can give a larger amount of milk. So, the milk which we get in earlier times was rich in nutrients, but now we only get processed milk.
