DESIGN
It comes with a curved back panel while the glass gleam as light hits it. Dark black, Bright Silver and a Grey with bluish tinge are the three color variants available. Like the older version it doesn’t have any white front plate in sight. It weighs only 155gms and is thinner than many other smart phones. Both the versions have a sloping panel unlike ‘Edge’ version.
Samsung DeX: The Desktop Experience
It is somewhat similar to Microsoft’s Continuum, but without slowing your device Dex comes into the market, which is sold separately and can help in improving battery life too. It connects to an HDMI-equipped monitor and can turn into a mini PC. The dock has two USB-A ports and Ethernet connectors along with a group of mini exhaust at the base to keep it cool.
Camera Modifications
S8 has improved over S7 in every aspect as we were expecting, but the camera is an exception as it has gone through lowest modifications. Neither has it had a dual sensor lens nor any wide angle lens and variable aperture, there’s a single 12 megapixel sensor behind a wide f/1.7 lens. The only addition to the technology is a new multi frame image processor that will take 3 snaps at every single click increasing image stabilisation and reducing blur.
